These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Carpet Tiles Direct website and any services we provide. By accessing or using our site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Carpet Tiles Direct is an Irish company specialising in the supply and installation of commercial and office carpet tiles.

2. Services
We offer carpet tile supply and/or fitting services based on your specific requirements. Quotes are provided based on details given by the customer and may be subject to change upon site inspection.
We reserve the right to decline any order or service request.
3. Pricing
All prices quoted are in Euro (€) and may be subject to VAT. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply if:
- Site conditions differ from the information provided
- Furniture needs to be moved
- Old flooring requires removal and disposal
- Work must be carried out outside normal hours
We’ll always inform you of any changes before proceeding.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed before the job begins. For supply-and-fit services, a deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion unless stated otherwise.
We accept bank transfer, cash, or card payment where available.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order or scheduled work, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges to cover time and materials already allocated.
6. Warranty
We supply quality commercial carpet tiles with manufacturer warranties. Our installation work is also guaranteed for a set period (usually 12 months). Details will be provided in writing after the job is completed.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or poor maintenance
- Improper cleaning products or methods
- Excessive wear due to misuse
7. Website Use
All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Carpet Tiles Direct. You may not copy or reproduce any content without written permission.
8. Liability
While we take every care in our work, we are not liable for:
- Delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or events outside our control
- Damage caused by incorrect use of the flooring after installation
- Indirect or consequential loss caused by the use of our website or services
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled through the Irish legal system.
